  Loud music, bad language. My neighbour has unfortunately decided to use A.Parr builders. I did telephone their office to be told their have a 'zero tolerance issue on both issues'. It stopped for 1 day, then back to being unable to allow my young children to go into our garden, to be subjected to the most appalling language. We have had the first warm days of the year, and we can't even open our windows!!! Do not use.
