  Lovely little Inn/pub with excellent food and a very country location. We had a view of cows in a field which was relaxing to watch. We also walked to the Church and saw a bat. The location is in a good location to visit many locations in the area... it made a great Base for us.

  We arrived to eat here with our dog, parked in the carpark and took the dog to a patch of grass for a wee before we went into the pub.
  An officious lady came out and shouted at us that the carpark was for patrons only, despite there being absolutely nothing else in Torbryan, so clearly what we had come for, and it being far from full! I could almost understand it if she saw us returning to the car after having been elsewhere, but we'd just arrived after a long journey and it was a hit day.
  We just got in the car and left. I had fond memories of the place and wanted to take my partner there, but will never go back.
