  We've used shaws often . Very good quality items and reasonably priced 10/10. But .... last week we bought 2 pairs of curtains and 6 new poles for our house . When we got home we noticed one set was not ring top. Today we returned them , usually not a problem, however one assistant decided they had been opened and taken out . We explained they hadn't been taken out or even opened we noticed before that they were the wrong top. Sadly she would not accept this and argued with us stating we HAD taken them out the packet and wouldn't accept our opinion. And kept making a point of it , basically we were lying.
  Another assistant took over , removed the curtains and saw the factory folded items . Funnily the rude one disappeared then .
  So basically avoid the Scottish one if you've got a return
